What are Energy Pouches?

Energy Pouches are small, discreet sachets that contain caffeine-containing active ingredients, flavorings, and other active ingredients.

You place them between your upper lip and gums. There, they release energy within minutes – without nicotine, tobacco, or sugar.

How do Energy Pouches work?

Here's how it works:

  1. Take a pouch out of the can.
  2. Place the pouch under your upper lip.
  3. After about 5–10 minutes, the main active ingredient is released.
  4. The pouch can stay in your mouth for 30–60 minutes. During this time, it releases flavorings, caffeine, and other ingredients.
  5. Afterwards, simply dispose of the pouch in the general waste.
What is the difference between Energy Pouches and classic energy drinks or coffee?

Energy Pouches deliver caffeine and flavor without liquid, sugar, or extra calories.

Unlike beverages, they are discreet, measurable, and don't require pouring – ideal for on the go, university, work, or sports.

Are Energy Pouches nicotine and tobacco-free?

Yes. All products in our shop are 100% nicotine and tobacco-free.

They contain only plant fibers, flavorings, and active ingredients such as caffeine and vitamins.

How much caffeine is in one pouch?

The caffeine content varies by brand and variety, but typically ranges from 0–200 mg of caffeine per pouch.

How many pouches can I use per day?

We recommend not exceeding the maximum daily amount. This depends on the caffeine content per pouch.

As a guideline:
No more than 200 mg of caffeine per day.

In addition, the products should not be consumed by children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Please keep Energy Pouches out of reach of children and always adhere to the respective product recommendations.

Who are Energy Pouches suitable for?

Energy Pouches are suitable for anyone who:

Can Energy Pouches have side effects?

As with all caffeine-containing products, excessive consumption can lead to restlessness, sleep problems, or heart palpitations in sensitive individuals.

Adhere to the recommended amount and pay attention to your personal caffeine tolerance.

Are Energy Pouches suitable for children or pregnant women?

No. Products containing caffeine are not recommended for children, pregnant women, or caffeine-sensitive individuals.

Do Energy Pouches contain sugar or artificial sweeteners?

Many Energy Pouches are sugar-free and instead use sweeteners or natural flavorings.

What happens if I swallow a pouch?

If you accidentally swallow a pouch, it is usually harmless.

It will be excreted through the digestive tract like other solid components.

Nevertheless, you should not intentionally swallow pouches.

What material is a pouch made of?

The casing of a pouch usually consists of plant fibers, similar to tea bags.

They contain neither tobacco nor nicotine and are biodegradable.

What is the best way to store Energy Pouches?

Store Energy Pouches in a cool, dry place and out of reach of children.

Direct sunlight or moisture can impair quality.

Where are the pouches manufactured?

Many brands rely on production sites in Europe with high quality standards.

These include sites in Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, and Estonia.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days within Germany.

During peak times, longer delivery times may occasionally occur.

How quickly will my order be processed?

Orders are usually processed and shipped on the same or next business day.

Which shipping providers do you use?

We work with reliable parcel services, in most cases with DHL, to ensure timely and secure delivery.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are €4.90 within Germany.

For orders over €39, we offer free shipping within Germany.

Can I track my order?

Yes. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your package online at any time, unless otherwise specified by the chosen shipping service provider.

What happens if I'm not home for delivery?

If you are not at home, the delivery person will usually leave a notification slip.

Your package can then be picked up, for example, at a parcel station, branch, or from a neighbor – depending on the delivery service.

I entered a wrong address – can I still change it?

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we can change the delivery address.

Why is my delivery incomplete?

For larger orders, it may happen that items are shipped from different warehouses.

In this case, you will receive multiple tracking numbers for each partial delivery.

My package arrived damaged – what should I do?

Please check the package immediately upon receipt and photograph any damaged packaging.

Then report the damage by email with your order number to hello@ so we can help you quickly.

My package has been lost – what now?

If, according to tracking, your shipment has not moved for a long time or has been marked as delivered even though you have not received it, please send an email with your order number to hello@ so that we can initiate an investigation.

🔄 Returns & Cancellations

Do I have a right of withdrawal?

Yes. You have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal, during which you can return your order without stating reasons.

How do returns work?
  1. Register your cancellation via the returns form or by email to hello@:

  2. Return the goods securely packaged to us.
  3. After receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase amount to you.
Who bears the return costs?

The decision is made on a case-by-case basis.

In some cases, you as the customer bear the costs for the return, unless otherwise agreed.
