Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, received the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us that you wish to withdraw from the contract. You can do this, for example, by letter or email.

You can use the sample withdrawal form below. However, the use of the form is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the costs of our cheapest standard delivery.

Additional costs for a different shipping method, such as express shipping, will not be refunded.

In the case of a partial withdrawal of individual products, we will refund the purchase price of the returned products. Original delivery costs will only be refunded for partial withdrawals to the extent required by law.

The refund will be made immediately and no later than 14 days from the day on which your declaration of withdrawal was received by us.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original order, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. We will not charge any fees for the refund.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking the condition, properties, and functionality.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Opened Hygiene Products

Our products are hygiene or consumable products for oral use.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

This applies in particular to energy pouches, food supplements, and similar products if a protective seal, security foil, security banderole, hygiene seal, or a comparable product-related seal has been opened, removed, or damaged.

Opened, used, or unsealed products cannot be returned or refunded by us for hygiene and health protection reasons.

The mere opening of the shipping box does not count as opening the product.
